"stern-Gucker" – Research in the picture portal of the stern Photo Archive

The Bayerische Staatsbibliothek holds the analogue photo archive of the journal stern. In the picture portal of the stern Photo Archive you can find all analogue photographs from this archive online which have been digitized so far, also enabling you to search among them. The portal is continuously expanded by further photos as the digitization of the stern Photo Archive progresses. It offers a variety of search access points and filter options.

The webinar offers background information about the stern Photo Archive and its digitization. The focus of the webinar is then on the topics of navigating and searching in the portal. By way of conclusion, participants are shown how to place a licensing request and given an overview of the further order procedure.
