History and antiquity: Webinars
The training course gives an overview of the specialised portal "historicum.net" of the Specialised Information Service (Fachinformationsdienst; FID) for Historical Studies (responsible bodies: Bayerische Staatsbibliothek and Deutsches Museum). The portal is the point of entry to the research service "historicumSEARCH", to the "Bibliography of German History", to FID licenses, to discipline-oriented portals and further FID-related services such as the regional-historically oriented review platform "recensio.regio".

With the portal "Propylaeum", the Specialised Information Service for Classical Studies – Propylaeum (maintained by the Bayerische Staatsbibliothek and the Heidelberg University Library) offers a variety of services to digitally support students, teachers and researchers. The webinar provides an overview of the portal and its services.

- Specialised portal "Propylaeum"
- Search services (PropylaeumSEARCH, Gnomon Bibliographische Datenbank and recensio.antiquitatis)
- Publication services (Propylaeum-eBOOKS, Propylaeum-eJOURNALS, Propylaeum-DOK and research data)
- Overview of further services and information supplied by Propylaeum (FID licenses, digital book request service, thematic portals or e-learning)
Target group: Students, teachers and researchers from all disciplines in the field of classical studies (primarily Egyptology, ancient history, ancient orient, Byzantine studies, classical archaeology, classical philology, medieval and new Latin philology and prehistory and early history) and all users interested in Propylaeum
