Databases available within the framework of national licenses (Germany-wide access)

The use of the databases and digital texts available within the framework of national licenses is subject to the applicable legal licensing regulations.

Entitled users

Users with a permanent place of residence in the Federal Republic of Germany, who need the products for their scholarly work, and who register for access in person.

Admissible use

• The following ways of use are admissible: researching and viewing on screen, downloading and printing out of research results from bibliographic databases and of small parts of digitized works (full texts), e.g. journal articles, for the user's own academic and research-related as well as private use, and for use within the framework of education and seminars.
• The commercial use of database extracts and the systematic download of data are strictly prohibited.

Privacy policy

The collecting, processing and use of the personal data required for registration takes place exclusively in the sense of the data-protection regulations, i.e. only for the purpose for which you have put the data at our disposal. The data are not passed on to any third parties.

Protection of access data against unauthorised use

In your own interest, we kindly ask you to make sure that your user identification and other personal access data in particular are not accessible to any unauthorised third parties. By accepting this responsibility you can make a contribution to minimising the danger of unauthorised use.
