Tom Jacobi

Born in Bonn in 1956.

As of 1972 self-taught photographer. As of 1973 first publications. 1975/ 76 law studies. 1976/ 77 photographer at the agency Sven Simon in Bonn. Photo reporter at the STERN from 1977 to 1986. 1986 to 2000 freelance photographer. 2000 to 2008 art director and member of the editorial board at the STERN, meanwhile from 2005 to 2009 founder and Editor in Chief of VIEW. 2008 to 2011 Chief Marketing Officer at Engel & Völkers. Since 2014 active as freelance photographer again.
