In the case that a medium has currently been loaned to another user, you can usually directly make a reservation in the OPACplus.
You will be informed in writing or by 
E-Mail as soon as the reserved medium can be provided for your use.

Please note: The reservation fee is due also if
- the reservation is cancelled later in the OPACplus
- a reserved and provided item is not collected.
- Advance payment (accumulating credit) is not possible!
