Reminders / Fees

You can check the balance of your fee account in the OPACplus by registering and selecting "Mein Konto" (My account) and the sub-account "Gebühren" (Fees).
 
In the case that one or several loan period(s) is/are exceeded, reminders can be issued to users immediately.
 
Reminder Fees:
  • 1. Reminder: EUR 7.50
  • 2. Reminder: EUR 10.00
  • 3. Reminder: EUR 20.00 + EUR 5.60 postage for registered letter
  • 4. Reminder: EUR 50.00 + EUR 5.60 postage for registered letter
All fees fall due for payment separately. 

Payment reminders are sent to users concerning all fees which remain unpaid after 6 weeks and which exceed a total of 5.00 EUR. In these cases an additional overdue fine of 5.00 EUR is debited against the user's fee account.
 
Please note furthermore that all order functions are locked as soon as the balance of the fee account has reached 10.00 EUR.

However, advance payment (accumulating credit) is not possible! Please check your account balance in the OPACplus before every payment and settle exclusively such fees which are currently due.

Fees can be paid as follows:
  • at the pay machine paying cash or with your EC card
  • or fees can be remitted by bank transfer to:
