Conference Fee
Conference fee: 340 €
The fee covers your attendance at all ICOLC sessions and all meals at the conference site (lunches and coffee breaks), the evening welcome reception at the Bavarian State Library (19 October) and the dinner at the Olympic Tower Restaurant (21 October). Hotel and travel costs are excluded.

 

Payment Instructions & Close of Registration
Payments must be made in advance of the conference. The registration form must be submitted no later than September 15, 2008 (prolonged until September 29, 2008).

 

Cancellation Policy
A refund of the registration fees less an administrative fee of 50 € will be made if a written cancellation is received by September 30, 2008. After that no refunds can be made.

 

Hotels
Special room allotments have been reserved for the conference in different hotels around the congress venue and in the city centre. 
Hotel reservation is included in the registration process. 

Please note that the hotel rooms will be allocated on a ‘first come first serve’ basis.

 

Upon receipt of the accommodation form, EUROKONGRESS will make every effort to meet the participants’ requirements. However, in the event of the preferred hotel being fully booked, EUROKONGRESS reserves the right to book another available alternative.

 

Your reservation will be confirmed when EUROKONGRESS has received valid credit card details (number and expiry date; all common credit cards are accepted) to guarantee the booking. Please settle your invoice directly with the hotel when checking out.

 

Changes or Cancellation
Changes or cancellations must be made in writing to EUROKONGRESS. Please note that in case of cancellation or no-show the hotels reserve the right to charge the full stay if the hotel room cannot be resold.
