In cooperation with other libraries the Bayerische Staatsbibliothek catalogues scientific electronic full text journals about the countries of East, East-Central and South-East Europe in the Elektronische Zeitschriftenbibliothek (EZB - Electronic Journals Library). All electronic journals are furthermore included in the  OPACplus (BSB Catalogue).

Some individual databases of electronic journals allow the search of full texts and/or of tables of contents of the comprised journals, for instance the  Central and Eastern European Online Library as well as the interdisciplinary individual databases focusing on the subject area of humanities  JSTOR and  SwetsWise.
